Taking a SSM course and passing the test, you as a SAFe® Scrum Master from Scaled Agile (www.scaledagileframework.com). This indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the Agile Scrum concepts you need to perform as a Scrum Master or team member on a Scrum team! Participants learn Agile and Scrum framework - the roles, artifacts, events and values. In addition, you will be introduced to the key components of Scaled Agile development, how Scrum is facilitated throughout the enterprise, and how to execute iteration planning. You will also discover how to build high performing Agile teams by becoming a servant leader and coach, and how to coach those teams to deliver the maximum business values!

Background

Increasingly intense competition in fast-changing environment is forcing organizations to find faster ways to develop new products and services to market. Methodology

The course structure is based on Agile Manifesto, Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework SAFe®. Participants will learn about Agile, Scrum and SAFe concepts through a mix of lectures, individual /group exercises, case studies and quiz!

Target Audience

Agile project practitioners, product owners, ScrumMasters, product development team (architects, designers, coders, testers) and management personnel (product managers, engineering managers, test managers, quality managers, directors, vice presidents etc.). Anybody who wants to learn and apply Scrum to complex development projects large or small.
