Learning Outcome

PMI-ACP® qualifications are defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®. This three day intensive course provides participants with comprehensive training to provide them an extensive knowledge about Agile Project Management process and also prepare them for the PMI-ACP® examination (based on the PMBOK® Guide).

Participants will be better prepared for the exam by:

Understanding the Agile Project Management process and Project life-cycle
Understanding the different roles and responsibilities within an agile project life- cycle
Understanding all elements of the PMI-ACP® syllabus
Understanding PMI's specific examination language
Learning strategies and techniques for mastering the examination
